This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Oversee the Social Media Team across various client accounts with a focus on both paid and organic social strategies.
• Generate insights related to audience, platform, culture, social listening, and competition to inform strategic recommendations.
• Spearhead social strategies and briefs, converting directives into content calendars and the development of content.
• Collaborate with Paid Media, Influencer, PR, and Creative teams to align social strategies with market tactics.
• Facilitate client meetings, brainstorming sessions, and internal strategy evaluations.
• Assist in content ideation and the creation of social media copy.
• Track the performance of social media and campaigns, offering optimization suggestions through monthly reports.
• Act as the agency’s expert on social media platforms, emerging channels, and industry trends.
• Direct organic and paid social strategies to align with broader campaign and business objectives.
• Leverage digital and marketing strategy expertise for client discovery, competitive analysis, consumer insights, and integrated plans.
• Develop and present strategic presentations, viewpoints, and client suggestions.
• Experiment with social media and AI tools to enhance efficiency and scale output.
• Identify strategic opportunities within current accounts and assist with new business pitches and proposals.
• Aid in social content creation, which may include copywriting, ideation, and light shooting/editing when necessary.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
• Capacity to simplify complex concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Talent for crafting concise, engaging copy in a social-friendly tone.
• Proven track record in developing and leading social media strategies.
• Extensive knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
• In-depth understanding of the nuances of organic and paid social media as well as integrated campaigns.
• Broader experience in digital marketing strategies, including paid media and campaign planning.
• Ability to juggle multiple accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Genuine curiosity about people, culture, consumer behavior, and trends.
• Experience in supporting light content creation, including copywriting and occasional shooting/editing.
• Proficient in managing senior-level client relationships.
• Ability to utilize AI tools for efficiency, strategic output, and content creation.
• Experience in interpreting and synthesizing data into clear, actionable insights.
• Preferred: Experience with CPG brands.
• Standout: Proven history of expanding client accounts and identifying new strategic opportunities.
