Content Strategist, Social Media

📋 Description

• Create engaging, high-quality, original content for various platforms.

• Manage multiple official social media channels, overseeing their content strategies, outputs, and outcomes.

• Lead innovative social media campaigns in partnership with design, content, marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams.

• Evaluate, report on, and analyze campaign performance across different channels.

• Convert insights into actionable, data-driven recommendations for enhancing future performance.

• Develop and apply test-and-learn strategies while achieving measurable results.

• Monitor the social media landscape in real-time, delivering actionable insights on trending topics, breaking news, sentiment, and market trends.

• Foster and engage social media communities through both one-on-one and group interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Profound understanding of Web3 technologies, including DeFi trading, self-custody principles, and blockchain security.

• 3–5 years of professional experience in web3 digital marketing or social media roles.

• Experience hosting spaces, AMAs, podcasts, and interviews within the blockchain ecosystem.

• Clear, concise, and adaptable communication style, with the ability to incorporate creativity and humor when suitable.

• Strong awareness and understanding of the cryptocurrency market.

• In-depth knowledge of Reddit and cryptocurrency-focused sub-communities.

• Proven experience managing and operating platforms such as X (Twitter), TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

• A strong sense of responsibility and capability to multitask across various social media channels.

• A meme enthusiast.

• Experience in video content creation, including formats like Instagram Reels and TikTok, is a plus.

• Must have the legal right to work in the country of residence.
