Senior Small Business Banking Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Michigan.

📋 Description

• Engage with clients through telephone calls to evaluate their needs.

• Analyze their financial management strategies and solutions.

• Initiate discussions regarding their cash cycle.

• Provide recommendations for suitable products and services.

• Address and resolve complex servicing challenges for clients.

• Proactively reach out to targeted clients.

• Arrange appointments for in-depth discussions and a thorough financial assessment.

• Manage credit requests within the thresholds of Consumer Bank.

• Achieve individual performance targets on a quarterly basis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree (4 years or equivalent experience).

• Over 7 years of experience in sales/client relationship management within banking or financial products.

• Extensive experience working with small business clients.

• A minimum of 7 years of phone-based sales experience in banking or financial products and solutions.

• Formal training in credit processes.

• Training in small business banking sales.

• Proven experience in mentoring and developing less experienced team members.
