Senior Services Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Conduct comprehensive discovery and scoping sessions with various stakeholders to identify their challenges and relevant metrics, facilitating the development of a robust business case.

• Produce customer-facing documentation, including detailed service proposals, budget proposals, and Statements of Work.

• Deliver presentations of proposals to C-Level Executives, outlining comprehensive business cases, project approaches, the value of Conga PS, and strategies for achieving successful business outcomes.

• Establish and nurture customer relationships across multiple organizational levels (e.g., Business, Legal, Sales, Sales Operations, IT).

• Operate autonomously to devise deal strategies and positioning that can be leveraged alongside colleagues and partners to effectively secure opportunities.

• Collaborate within a POD (Account Executives, Business Account Managers, Customer Success, Partners) to formulate and implement sales strategies and execution plans for key customers, including territory and account planning, pipeline development (Account-Based Marketing), opportunity management, and forecasting.

• Facilitate and steer the internal deal process within Conga across various departments (Sales, Legal, Finance, Delivery, and Delivery Operations) to ensure successful completion.

• Assist in managing strategy and risk at the deal level, utilizing Salesforce and other tools to monitor opportunities and forecasts.

• Comprehend deal financials and guide the broader team in achieving regional and company objectives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a SaaS setting in a customer-facing sales or technical capacity.

• Capability to sell by emphasizing and demonstrating Conga’s value rather than engaging in price-focused discussions.

• Strong negotiation abilities with a proven track record of managing sales situations to achieve favorable results.

• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar methodologies to effectively identify and present metric-driven benefits to clients.

• Proactive mindset.
