This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Ensure robust pipeline management by maintaining adequate sales development activities.
• Actively cultivate relationships with all accounts, broadening the influence within the account base.
• Oversee the intricate enterprise sales process, collaborating with crucial stakeholders in product, business line, technology, and procurement.
• Apply a consultative sales methodology to formulate account plans and pinpoint specific requirements for each bank.
• Work in partnership with Sales Executives to collaboratively enhance business growth.
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor, serving as the primary payments contact for Finastra within your designated book of business.
• Exhibit strong relationship-building capabilities, both internally and externally.
• Actively utilize CRM systems for tracking account activities and reporting.
• Be responsive, dependable, and results-driven.
• Willingness to travel 20-25% as required.
• Proven track record in outside sales representing enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech solutions.
• Expertise in the banking sector is essential.
• Ability to forge meaningful relationships and expand your book of business using a consultative sales approach.
• Proficient in acquiring a comprehensive understanding of a client's business, recognizing challenges and opportunities, and effectively positioning solutions to address those needs.
• Demonstrated skill in understanding and communicating effectively with various stakeholders.
• Possesses extensive product and industry knowledge, including insights into market trends and competitive intelligence.
