Senior ServiceNow Developer – SPM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and implement solutions within the ServiceNow environment, including new applications, modifications to forms, workflows, policies, actions, access controls, interfaces, and any additional customizations necessary to support client operations.

• Collaborate with System Administrators and ServiceNow Support on strategies and technical details regarding platform upgrades.

• Develop and manage API and data integration processes between ServiceNow and other services.

• Create operational reports and conduct KPI analysis as required.

• Prepare technology-related deliverables for both clients and internal stakeholders.

• Convert functional requirements into comprehensive technical designs that outline actionable development tasks.

• Ensure the reliability of the production system by adhering to the change management process.

• Oversee the health, usage, and overall compliance of the application.

• Assist with software version upgrades and the installation of patches.

• Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by addressing complex software issues, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, or a related business discipline.

• Over 4 years of practical experience as a ServiceNow Developer or ServiceNow Implementation Specialist.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Experience in developing and implementing systems using Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Prior experience in configuring and customizing all aspects of ServiceNow, including UI Actions, UI Policies, UI Pages, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Include Scripts, Catalog Client Scripts, Catalog UI Policies, Email Scripts, Scripted Web Services, REST and SOAP web services, and Roles/Groups, among others.

• Must possess an active secret clearance.

• Previous experience in Federal Consulting is preferred.

• Certification as a ServiceNow Application Developer is a plus.

• Experience with the implementation of ServiceNow SPM and Proven Optics.
