Senior ServiceNow Developer – ITOM

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow solutions to meet federal program requirements.

• Construct and maintain custom applications, workflows, business rules, and UI policies.

• Develop and enhance functionality for ServiceNow ITOM.

• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow portals and web-based user experiences, including Service Portal and/or UI Builder.

• Collaborate with ServiceNow Architects to implement scalable, standards-compliant solutions.

• Engage in Agile and SAFe ceremonies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with development standards and best practices.

• Assist with platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.

• Troubleshoot and resolve defects and production issues within ServiceNow.

• Ensure that configurations and customizations comply with federal security and compliance standards.

• Contribute to technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing within the team.

• Support and enhance ITOM knowledge enablement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of practical experience in ServiceNow development.

• Strong background in developing custom ServiceNow applications and platform configurations.

• Practical experience with ServiceNow portal development (Service Portal and/or UI Builder).

• Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide APIs).

• Experience in Agile or SAFe delivery environments.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• ServiceNow CSA and CAD or CIS certification.
