• Design, develop, and configure workflows, business rules, forms, and scripts to fulfill requirements.
• Assist in the analysis and definition of both functional and technical requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify solutions and convert business needs into platform designs.
• Create test scripts and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as well as production deployments.
• Configure and manage ServiceNow modules, automation, and integrations.
• Perform code reviews and work together on enhancements and projects.
• Develop and enhance ITSM/CSM capabilities including portal, incident, problem, change, CMDB, assets, and catalog.
• Ensure platform health by managing upgrades and performance tuning.
• Uphold data integrity and security through robust design and governance practices.
• Offer end-user support and training.
• 8-10 years of experience with ServiceNow, encompassing configuration, design, development, implementation, administration, and support.
• In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow applications such as CSM, ITSM, ITOM, and SPM.
• Exceptional communication, documentation, and training abilities.
• Capability to effectively manage multiple priorities and strong problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• ServiceNow Developer and/or Implementation Specialist certification is preferred.
• Proficiency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an added advantage.
