Senior ServiceNow Developer

📋 Description

• Configure, tailor, and implement ServiceNow applications utilizing App Engine to satisfy specific business needs.

• Create and sustain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.

• Design and facilitate data migration processes from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring precision and consistency.

• Perform comprehensive testing of ServiceNow configurations to confirm functionality, data integrity, and user experience.

• Diagnose and resolve technical challenges associated with ServiceNow implementations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to collect requirements and provide solutions.

• Participate in Agile Scrum teams to guarantee timely delivery of features and enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be eligible to obtain DHS Public Trust.

• Over 6 years of software development experience.

• More than 3 years of experience in implementing ServiceNow solutions.

• At least 1 year of experience with customizing the ServiceNow portal.

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required.

• Robust knowledge of ServiceNow App Engine for configuration and customization.

• Capability to develop and maintain advanced scripts, business rules, and client scripts.

• Experience in supporting data migration from legacy systems to ServiceNow.

• Familiarity with Agile methodology and experience working on Scrum teams.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
