Senior ServiceNow Developer, CSM, FSM, Integrations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Develop and execute a Unified Intake strategy that links CSM Cases, FSM Work Orders, and ITSM Incidents.

• Configure and enhance the Dispatcher Workspace and the ServiceNow Mobile App tailored for field technicians.

• Construct the Install Base and Sold Products architecture within CSM.

• Manage the integration between ServiceNow and Field Nation, which includes status synchronization, technician check-ins, and automated work order postings.

• Create real-time synchronization utilizing Webhooks and Scripted REST APIs.

• Automate cost tracking by importing Field Nation expenditure limits and invoice data into ServiceNow expense lines.

• Develop a Scalable Injection API to process work orders from external client platforms into a standardized ServiceNow format.

• Utilize Integration Hub and Flow Designer for comprehensive cross-platform workflows.

• Design and uphold Correlation ID logic to avoid duplicate ticketing and ensure bi-directional synchronization of comments and attachments.

• Create cross-functional dashboards for monitoring real-time technician performance and integration health.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Development with a focus on CSM and FSM implementations.

• Demonstrated success in building intricate REST/SOAP integrations.

• Prior experience with Field Nation’s API or Connector is highly desirable.

• Proficient in Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Business Rules, Script Includes, and Service Portal.

• In-depth knowledge of Import Sets, Transform Maps, and Robust Transform Engines.

• Capability to create real-time dashboards for technician performance and integration health.

• ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, or CIS in FSM/CSM) are preferred.

• Previous experience in a tech-support or field-service-intensive industry is preferred.

• Familiarity with Service Bridge or eBonding is preferred.
