• Oversee the execution of Professional Services engagements, including project management, financial reporting, client communication, and operational oversight.
• Facilitate communication, project planning, implementation consulting, monitor tasks and deliverables as per the statement of work, and allocate necessary resources.
• Manage both fixed-fee and variable-priced engagements within contractual boundaries.
• Oversee project constraints (such as scope, schedule, budget) and manage project risks, issues, decisions, action items, and changes (i.e., RIDAC) essential for project success.
• Provide delivery oversight for professional services staff to guarantee timely and high-quality implementation of projects and programs.
• Cultivate client relationships with a focus on ensuring client satisfaction.
• Employ the Agile/SCRUM methodology using Smart Sheet and ServiceNow PPM.
• Contribute to the standardization and enhancement of digital project management and implementation delivery processes.
• Adaptively fulfill responsibilities during core US business hours with up to 10% travel as necessary for client project activities.
• Mentor and coach project team members and junior staff.
• Must be a US citizen.
• 3+ years of proven experience in IT project management with the capability to lead system implementation and application design and development initiatives.
• 2+ years of experience in IT professional services consulting with direct client interaction.
• 1+ years of experience in implementing SaaS systems (such as ServiceNow).
• Demonstrated business acumen for client engagement, including strong oral and written communication, presentation creation and delivery, and professional demeanor.
• 1+ years of experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean, or SAFe.
• 1+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow Platform and various Products like ITSM, CSM, SecOPs, or ITOM.
• 1+ years of experience and/or certification in Organizational Change Management.
• 1+ years of experience in Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner roles.
• 2+ years of experience in managing and supervising teams and individuals.
• Experience in organizational transformation and/or advisory consulting.
• Project Management certification, such as PMP or equivalent.
• Agile certification such as Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
• ServiceNow implementer and/or administrator certification(s).
• Organizational Change Management certification such as Prosci or equivalent.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology or business-related field.
