This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Design, configure, and enhance essential ITSM workflows, state models, assignment rules, and user interfaces.
• Implement automation and orchestration through Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
• Maintain and customize Service Catalog items, record producers, and the Service Portal.
• Sustain CI class structures, relationship mappings, and data reconciliation rules in accordance with CSDM.
• Troubleshoot CI data accuracy, IRE rules, and transform map challenges.
• Design and develop upgrade-safe custom applications utilizing ServiceNow Studio and Application Engine.
• Design, build, and troubleshoot REST and SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub spokes, and MID Server configurations.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Process Managers, and cross-functional teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Shape solution design and platform governance in partnership with technical stakeholders, architects, and product owners.
• Estimate relative work effort to facilitate prioritization.
• Support platform upgrades, instance cloning, and ATF execution.
• Keep abreast of new platform capabilities.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned.
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
• Technical training, certification(s), or degree is required.
• Extensive knowledge of Incident, Change, and Problem modules.
• Experience with CMDB architecture and scoped application development.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, HTML/CSS, JSON, XML, and REST/SOAP.
• Familiarity with IntegrationHub and MID Server administration.
• Understanding of ITIL processes.
• Knowledge of SDLC best practices.
• Experience in gathering requirements within an Agile/Scrum framework.
• Strong skills in complex problem-solving.
• Clear and authoritative communication with the ability to influence stakeholders.
• Capability to contribute to proposals, technical documentation, and solution design.
• Proficiency in leading Scrum demos, agile ceremonies, and collaborative work groups.
• Ability to guide team progress towards shared goals.
• Skills in talent development, including mentoring and fostering staff growth.
• Ability to enhance methodologies and address process gaps.
• Experience in managing customer delivery expectations and ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is mandatory.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a background check to obtain Public Trust.
