This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain a custom scoped application and visualizations on the ServiceNow platform.
• Oversee ServiceNow applications, custom components, workflows, and integrations.
• Create scalable, maintainable, and high-performing solutions using industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to analyze requirements and convert business needs into technical solutions.
• Suggest solution approaches, alternative designs, and implementation strategies.
• Offer technical guidance and mentorship to members of the development team.
• Customize and manage ServiceNow applications utilizing JavaScript, ServiceNow scripting, and platform technologies.
• Configure platform capabilities, workflows, business rules, and user experiences.
• Develop responsive user interfaces and visualizations employing AngularJS, React, HTML5, CSS, and related frameworks.
• Work alongside business and analytics teams to provide technical solutions.
• Convey technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Advise stakeholders on emerging technologies, platform capabilities, and best practices.
• Ensure that deliverables are complete, accurate, high-quality, and meet expectations.
• Engage in testing, troubleshooting, and optimization activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and foster knowledge-sharing.
• Stay updated on ServiceNow enhancements, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and enhancing user experience.
• Contribute to the development of standards and operational best practices.
• A minimum of 4 years of application development experience on the ServiceNow platform.
• Candidate must be a United States citizen or Permanent Resident (Green card).
• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust with the government.
• Residency in the U.S. is required, along with authorization to work in the U.S. and the ability to perform the work in the U.S.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities, administration, customization, and scripting.
• Experience in developing custom ServiceNow applications and bespoke solutions.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
• Familiarity with AngularJS, HTML5, CSS/CSS3, XML/JSON, REST services, and contemporary web development practices.
• Practical experience in designing, debugging, and supporting enterprise applications.
• Ability to analyze complex business requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CSA, CAD, or other relevant credentials are preferred.
• Knowledge and proven enterprise experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, including Now Assist and other platform AI features.
