Senior ServiceNow Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create and implement tailored solutions for a government client utilizing the ServiceNow platform.

• Collaborate with the client to articulate and gather necessary requirements.

• Design and structure solutions that cater to customer specifications.

• Develop bespoke workflows, scripting, Service Catalog solutions, and various other customizations within ServiceNow.

• Support documentation, testing, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process.

• Build and manage custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.

• Handle multiple projects concurrently.

• Design data structures employing asset management, configuration management, and ServiceNow best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of Secret clearance is required to begin.

• Over 5 years of experience working with the ServiceNow platform.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.

• Proficiency in HTML and JavaScript.

• Familiarity with Flow Designer.

• Experience with Glide, Business Rules, and Service Portal.

• Preferred: experience with ITSM, HAM, and SAM ServiceNow modules.

• Preferred: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.

• Preferred: experience with Change Management.
