ServiceNow Developer – CMDB

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Evaluate and rectify errors as well as structural discrepancies within the database.

• Enhance the scope of ServiceNow Discovery while identifying absent or inaccurate assets.

• Apply identification and reconciliation protocols utilizing the IRE engine.

• Establish relationships and map essential services in accordance with the CSDM model.

• Develop dashboards to oversee data integrity and discovery coverage.

• Set architectural standards and configuration best practices for the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.

• Extensive knowledge of CSDM and the IRE reconciliation engine.

• Strong foundation in data governance and hybrid infrastructure architecture.

• Capability to identify mapping failures and organize enterprise connections.
