This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Hampshire.
• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Consultants, and Professional Services Delivery to define, shape, and position service offerings.
• Convert customer needs into clear solution strategies, effort estimates, and high-quality Statements of Work (SOWs).
• Conduct discovery sessions with prospects and customers to grasp business objectives, current processes, constraints, and success criteria.
• Create effort estimates and resource models in collaboration with Delivery Managers and Technical Consultants.
• Write and enhance Statements of Work (SOWs) and accompanying proposal materials to ensure clarity, thoroughness, and alignment with commercial and delivery standards.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Solution Consultants on service strategies, proposal positioning, and customer presentations.
• Ensure the integrity of the services pipeline by promptly updating scoping artifacts, assumptions, and approvals.
• Facilitate the transition from Sales to Delivery, ensuring project teams have complete scope context and supporting documentation.
• Articulate complex technical and delivery concepts in a clear, customer-friendly manner, adjusting the level of detail according to the audience.
• Over 5 years of experience in professional services solutioning, solution consulting, delivery management, business analysis, or a similar customer-facing role in enterprise software/SaaS.
• Proven experience in scoping and documenting service engagements, including the development of Statements of Work (SOWs), assumptions, dependencies, and change control processes.
• Capability to estimate effort and convert requirements into phased delivery plans; knowledgeable in implementation methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to synthesize inputs from both technical and business stakeholders into clear recommendations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present service solutions and influence decision-making among senior stakeholders.
• Comfortable working across various functions such as Sales, Solution Consultants, Delivery, Product, and Engineering; adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, Agile) are advantageous.
