Senior Service Processor, EDI Processing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Nebraska.

📋 Description

• Execute routine and progressively intricate enrollment and EDI-related processes while adhering to established protocols.

• Maintain and update precise member records, assess eligibility, and implement policy provisions.

• Reconcile and manage complex EDI files, member modifications, open enrollments, amendments, and special projects.

• Engage with both internal and external stakeholders to address issues and foster a positive customer experience.

• Serve as a liaison between departments to aid in problem resolution and enhance process improvements.

• Share expertise with colleagues and support departmental initiatives to achieve quality and service benchmarks.

• Independently manage workload, adhere to deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities.

⛳️ Requirements

• High School diploma or GED, or a minimum of an Associate degree in lieu of required experience.

• 3 - 5+ years of experience in eligibility insurance enrollment that aligns with the responsibilities of this position, or for candidates with an Associate degree or higher, 0-1 year of client service experience relevant to the specific duties.

• Strong ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

• Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
