This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitates effective communication with key customers and team members in the field to guarantee that product enhancements and improvements are accurately completed.
• Maintains regular interaction with key customers, necessitating a high level of tact and courtesy.
• Serves as the authority on product knowledge and subject matter expertise.
• Conducts highly complex diagnostic procedures.
• Generates reports for senior leadership that present interpreted test data to address design or system-related issues and promote continuous improvement.
• Transmits technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Ensures that key customers and field teams are updated on unresolved issues and suggests system enhancements, upgrades, or repairs.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Over 5 years of experience in the HVAC industry within a technical support capacity.
• At least 1 year of experience using the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Capable of passing an MVR with a clean and valid driver’s license.
