Senior Service Designer – Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure the creation of user-focused digital products.

• Align developments with user requirements and integrate effectively with the client's systems.

• Enhance interactions with departments, schools, and other stakeholders to gather insights and develop tailored software.

• Conduct and analyze user research to simplify service offerings.

• Oversee integration teams, coordinating operations and engineering within complex systems.

• Lead workshops for product ideation, persona development, and user research.

• Produce user/business documentation and support materials.

• Specify and refine requirements while managing discrepancies.

• Conduct product handovers.

• Establish acceptance criteria for deliverables.

• Assess and validate solutions.

• Conduct Discovery sessions to grasp user and stakeholder needs.

• Direct UX/UI in prototype development and supervise usability testing.

• Collaborate with the client's PO to create the product roadmap.

• Develop user stories and perform business and technical refinements in conjunction with the PO.

• Facilitate sprint progress, serving as a liaison between the PO and the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred in Computer Science, Engineering, or a service design-related field.

• Certification is not mandatory.

• Experience in conducting and interpreting user research.

• Familiarity with managing integration teams alongside operations and engineering of complex systems.

• Understanding of agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean Inception, Design Thinking, SAFe, Customer Experience, DevOps, Systems Engineering, OKR, and Business Agility.

• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools including Marvel, Sketch, Adobe XD, Axure, and InVision.

• Knowledge of mobile app design for iOS and Android, as well as responsive design principles.

• Experience in facilitating workshops for product ideation, persona development, and user research.

• Acquainted with developing user/business documentation.

• Understanding of solution evaluation and validation processes.
