Senior SEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Independently formulate actionable strategies to meet traffic objectives, followed by obtaining alignment and approval from the Head of SEO.

• Collaborate effectively with the SEO team to fulfill the project's overarching goals.

• Discover high-quality growth opportunities for the website, enhancing traffic and conversions across new site segments.

• Plan and oversee the management of the SEO budget.

• Perform regular competitor and niche analyses to create SEO hypotheses and drive informed decision-making.

• Develop hypotheses, manage testing protocols, gather and analyze data and outcomes, identify trends, derive analytical insights, and implement best practices.

• Employ innovative tactics and conduct experiments.

• Facilitate collaboration with Content Managers and Linkbuilders.

• Work together with developers, product teams, designers, PMs, and other specialists.

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated successful experience with large-scale websites comprising 5000+ pages.

• Proven track record in promoting websites within Tier-1 markets, supported by successful case studies.

• Experience handling global websites (multi-geo and multilingual projects).

• Familiarity with cross-domain website networks will be regarded as an advantage.

• Advanced expertise in utilizing SEO tools.

• Capability to conduct thorough website audits, competitor analyses, and niche research.

• Strong technical SEO and project management abilities, including prioritizing objectives and delegating tasks to development teams.

• Experience in building websites from the ground up with an SEO-first mindset and understanding the complete website development lifecycle as a project.

• Flexibility in adapting to SERP changes, experimenting with new promotional strategies in response to search engine updates.

• Experience in automating repetitive processes using AI; experience in building AI agents will be considered a plus.
