Senior Segregation of Duties Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of SOD controls across crucial business systems and processes.

• Conduct risk assessments to pinpoint potential conflicts in business roles and system access.

• Ensure SOD rulesets and matrices are maintained in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.

• Perform regular reviews and audits of SOD controls, access management, and user provisioning.

• Compile and present reports regarding SOD compliance, risk exposures, and remediation efforts to management.

• Assist with internal and external audits concerning SOD and access controls.

• Offer guidance and training to both business and IT stakeholders on SOD best practices.

• Manage GRC business roles during the ongoing deployment of S4 HANA.

• Evaluate changes in security and assess adjustments for the GRC ruleset.

• Create test plans and execute testing for modifications to the GRC ruleset, along with routine inspections.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in the English language at a fluent level.

• Significant experience in SOD analysis, IT controls, risk management, or similar compliance roles.

• Familiarity with ERP systems (such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, etc.) and SOD analysis tools.

• Experience with SAP GRC is essential.

• Background in supporting audit processes and regulatory compliance initiatives.
