This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Offer pre-sales assistance and Technical Account Management to Regional Sales Managers.

• Act as the subject matter expert on Vectra, guiding customers and partners through demonstrations and troubleshooting.

• Engage in cross-functional communication to keep stakeholders updated and to support top-tier products, tools, and documentation.

• Build and sustain extensive technical knowledge of the Vectra product range.

• Discover new opportunities by fostering robust technical relationships with customers and channel partners.

• Keep an up-to-date understanding of the current security landscape.

• Work alongside customers on technology assessments, product insights, and integrations.

• Collaborate with Vectra engineers on significant customer projects.

• Stay informed about Vectra’s main competitors.

• Engage in deployment review and forecast discussions.

• Take part in design review and release meetings.

• Travel as required within the region.

• Possess a startup mindset: ready and willing to do "whatever it takes" with a drive to seek solutions rather than just recognize challenges.

• Exhibit a customer-first attitude.

• Ability to work closely with your Sales counterpart (RSM).

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Technical Account Management or Security Engineering position.

• Experience managing large accounts is essential.

• Profound knowledge of security-focused product lines (CASB, EDR, SIEM, or forensic-type platforms) with the capacity to convey value and best security practices.

• Strong foundational knowledge in networking, with an understanding of L3 to L7 OSI layers.

• Excellent written (RFP) and verbal communication skills (Pre-sales presentations and conferences) are essential.

• Solid grasp of attacker progression (Red Team or Pentest). Certifications such as CEH, OSCP, or OSCE are advantageous.

• Good understanding of Incident Response (Blue Team) methodologies. Certifications like GNFA are a plus.

• Familiarity with Cloud Security and Network Architectures. Certifications such as AWS Certified Security Specialty (SCS-C01) are a plus.

• Understanding of Security Processes and methodologies. Certifications like CISSP are a plus.
