Senior Security Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• You will serve as the security liaison, ensuring customer integration and support.

• Acting as a reliable consultant, you will learn and implement innovative solutions to help customers maximize the use of Akamai's products.

• You will be the primary contact for customers, leading the integrated account team to achieve customer success.

• Collaborating with the business, you will assess and ensure the efficiency of integration, high-quality service, and maintain customer engagement.

• You will identify service improvements and potential issues to promote ongoing enhancements in the quality of customer service delivery.

• You will communicate with internal and external customers and partners to share information and manage deliverables.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess 8 years of relevant experience along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Exhibit experience in a customer-facing position within the information technology sector.

• Demonstrate familiarity with network technologies, web security, or media-related technologies, methodologies, and/or architectures.

• Have an innate ability to engage, influence, and build trusted relationships with customers, even in challenging situations.

• Show experience in delivering technical projects with the capacity to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Be a strong team player, capable of collaborating, prioritizing, and resolving issues in a rapidly evolving environment.
