This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee and enhance comprehensive employee lifecycle access processes for onboarding, terminations, and position modifications.
• Create, standardize, sustain, and regulate corporate Access Profiles following least-privilege guidelines.
• Monitor operational SLAs and eliminate delays in the access request workflow.
• Propel access lifecycle automation to reduce manual efforts.
• Develop and manage role models, permission sets, and Access Profiles across corporate platforms.
• Detect and address access anomalies.
• Establish requirements for automated testing of role models and access controls.
• Collaborate with Talent, IT, and engineering teams to integrate corporate systems into the centralized Access Flow platform.
• Implement AI agents and LLM-driven automation tools for ticket analysis, triaging, documentation, and repetitive operational tasks.
• Handle complex and escalated access tickets.
• Evaluate access-rights data, rectify permission discrepancies, and manage access drift.
• Maintain documentation for SOPs, access profile matrices, role definitions, and access governance frameworks.
• A minimum of 2 years of practical experience in Information Security, IAM, IT Operations, Systems Administration, or L3 Support, with a strong emphasis on access management.
• Proficiency in managing onboarding, terminations, and position change workflows, including provisioning, access revocation, and role modifications.
• Experience in creating, standardizing, and auditing Access Profiles and RBAC models.
• Technical knowledge of enterprise identity and access tools such as Okta, CyberArk, Active Directory, PAM, SSO, and federation protocols.
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with AI tools or AI agents, including prompt engineering, AI copilots, or agentic workflows.
• Understanding of RBAC, ABAC, the Principle of Least Privilege, and Zero Trust principles.
• Experience in managing high-volume operational requests while adhering to security standards.
• Strong analytical skills for navigating and assessing complex permission structures.
• Ability to convey technical security policies and requirements to non-technical stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian.
• Intermediate or higher level of English.
