This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +2 more states.
• Design, construct, and manage cloud infrastructure on GCP, AWS, and other third-party providers utilizing Terraform.
• Develop and enhance CI/CD pipelines for swift and dependable deployments across various services and environments.
• Implement observability measures through monitoring, logging, alerting, and distributed tracing.
• Establish and uphold security practices encompassing secrets management, network policies, vulnerability scanning, and compliance automation.
• Provide support for AI/ML infrastructure, including model serving and data pipelines that drive ambient AI agents.
• Create developer experience tools, such as local development environments, preview deployments, and self-service infrastructure provisioning.
• Collaborate closely with backend and frontend engineers on the integration of applications and infrastructure.
• Write code and configurations on a daily basis.
• Contribute to decisions regarding infrastructure architecture and establish operational best practices as the platform scales.
• Over 5 years of experience in SecDevOps, SRE, or platform engineering positions.
• Proven proficiency in using AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude.
• Expert-level experience with at least one major cloud provider; GCP is preferred, while AWS or Azure are also acceptable.
• Strong expertise in Terraform.
• Extensive experience with Docker.
• A proven history of designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines, such as GitHub Actions or GitLab CI.
• Comprehensive understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, load balancing, and CDN configuration.
• Proficient in Python for automation and tooling purposes.
• Ability to manage rapid iterations while ensuring reliable, well-documented infrastructure.
• Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, a U.S. permanent resident/current Green Card holder, or a lawfully admitted refugee or granted asylum.
