Senior SEA / Google Ads Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will collaborate closely with our agency clients, who prioritize their online shops as their primary business model.

• You will conduct bi-weekly calls with clients to review performance, strategies, and implementation.

• You will autonomously execute campaigns and optimizations.

• You will bring innovative ideas to our SEA sector and assist in expanding our service portfolio alongside us.

• You will take primary responsibility for the success of our clients, as SEA campaigns are essential for their e-commerce operations.

• There is potential for development into a specialist role.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in E-Commerce SEA/Google Ads.

• You have hands-on experience with Google Ads scripts (e.g., for excluding keywords, labelizer, Performance Max analyses) and can effectively integrate them into SEA strategies.

• You are proficient in designing and executing upper-funnel strategies utilizing Demand Gen and YouTube, and have successfully implemented these for clients.

• You have enhanced data feeds using tools like Channable and understand how to make large catalogs of shopping products more appealing to target audiences.

• You are well-acquainted with the Google ecosystem, especially Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Merchant Center, and ideally YouTube.

• You approach work in a solution-oriented, structured, analytical, and independent manner.

• You enjoy engaging with people and have a clear understanding of effective client communication.

• You are fluent in English, both in writing and speaking.
