Senior SEA Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You will be tasked with designing, managing, and continually enhancing campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Video, and Search Ads 360) and Microsoft Advertising for your own client portfolio.

• Your primary skills include assessing and strategically organizing performance advertising campaigns, considering aspects such as budget, platform, targeting, creatives, and ad copywriting.

• You will create regular reports and campaign analyses, evaluate the results of your initiatives, and formulate actionable recommendations.

• With a focus on the established goals, you will ensure the quality control of campaigns and identify operational solutions to a diverse range of challenges.

• You will maintain ongoing, personal communication with your clients.

• Conducting workshops for employees and clients is a welcomed variation in your routine.

⛳️ Requirements

• You possess a minimum of three years of professional experience in SEA / Google Ads.

• You are highly skilled in Google Ads and ideally hold certification as a Google Advertising Professional.

• Your analytical mindset and numerical proficiency enable you to capture relevant metrics and develop effective strategies accordingly.

• You have a solid understanding of common SEA tools and platform technologies (particularly Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and preferably Google Tag Manager) and are eager to learn new skills.

• You demonstrate strong MS Excel capabilities.

• You have excellent proficiency in the German language (native level or Goethe Certificate C2).

• You work in a structured and sustainable manner, exhibiting a high degree of self-discipline.

• You are solution-oriented and not easily discouraged by complex client inquiries.

• Agency experience is a plus but not mandatory.

• Ideally, you have experience with both B2B and B2C clients.
