This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
β’ Take ownership of a personal pipeline generation target aimed at our Ideal Customer Profile: Learning & Development, Human Resources, and People leaders within mid-market and enterprise organizations.
β’ Execute multi-channel outbound strategies β utilizing email, LinkedIn, phone calls, and video β with a level of personalization that effectively resonates with senior decision-makers.
β’ Collaborate closely with Account Executives to secure target accounts, navigate complex organizational structures, and develop a pipeline that drives conversion.
β’ Mentor colleagues on their outreach strategies, calls, emails, and account management approaches.
β’ Co-develop and refine the Sales Development Representative playbook in partnership with the Chief Revenue Officer and Marketing team β including cadences, scripts, Ideal Customer Profile definitions, qualification processes, and handoff procedures.
β’ Assist in interviewing, onboarding, and training new Sales Development Representatives as the team expands.
β’ A minimum of 3 years of Sales Development Representative experience in B2B SaaS, demonstrating a proven history of consistently meeting and surpassing outbound quotas.
β’ Proven expertise in execution β your outbound approach stands out as genuinely exceptional, rather than merely satisfactory.
β’ An instinctive ability to provide coaching without needing to be prompted.
β’ Strong written communication skills β your emails should reflect professionalism and clarity, requiring no edits from a manager.
β’ Data literacy β you can analyze your own sales funnel, identify areas of drop-off, and distinguish between issues related to activity and messaging.
β’ A sincere desire to maintain a personal quota.
