This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Conducting sales prospecting and lead generation throughout the EU/UK, with a primary focus on the UK market.
• Engaging in cold outreach to potential clients via LinkedIn, emails, phone calls, networking, and other methods.
• Performing industry research to identify targets for outreach and potential areas for growth, as well as crafting a compelling value proposition.
• Investigating companies and their representatives to pinpoint the most relevant targets and decision-makers.
• Advancing discussions towards product demo calls.
• Assisting Business Development Managers in reconnecting with targets.
• Participating in industry events to generate leads.
• Developing targeted and personalized messaging.
• Proven experience in lead generation or cold sales as a Business Development or Sales Development Representative in B2B cloud, SaaS software, financial services, compliance, crypto, or RegTech sectors.
• Exceptional writing, communication, and negotiation abilities; fluency in technical vocabulary; and capacity to comprehend technical information and product specifications.
• Proficient command of the English language.
• Proficiency in any additional language is a significant advantage.
• Experience in selling software solutions.
• Strong analytical skills, particularly in market research.
• Proficient user of LinkedIn, Crunchbase, email tracking tools, CRMs, etc.
• Experience with Salesforce alongside Salesloft is preferable; familiarity with similar platforms is a bonus.
• Drive for top-of-the-funnel lead generation aimed at account executives and sales managers.
• Regularly update and manage all sales activities, opportunities, and account information within the CRM.
• Consistently meet monthly quotas for qualified opportunities.
