This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.
• Engage with and qualify outbound leads and inquiries.
• Identify new sales opportunities and reach out to prospects to schedule appointments for Account Executives.
• Effectively articulate Remote's value propositions to prospects while understanding their needs to determine compatibility.
• Provide assistance to the Account Executive team as necessary.
• Take responsibility for educating and nurturing prospects, leading to a transition to the sales teams.
• Develop lists of target prospects and penetrate key accounts.
• Conduct cold calls to prospects generated from various external sources.
• Identify key decision-makers, research and gather business requirements, and present solutions to initiate the sales cycle.
• Proven track record in business development through effective use of essential sales tools (Familiarity with Hubspot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Chorus is advantageous).
• Experience as an SDR in a B2B SaaS technology company.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and persuasively promote/sell ideas.
• Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, along with excellent listening abilities and a positive, energetic phone presence.
• Capable of strategic and tactical thinking. Maintains a positive mindset in response to criticism, rejection, or setbacks.
• Exhibits a strong sense of urgency in achieving goals and key deliverables. Self-motivated, proactive, and contributes innovative ideas to the team.
• Highly self-driven with a strong work ethic.
• Proven success in the key responsibilities outlined above.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Korean.
• While remote work experience is not mandatory, it is considered a plus.
• Demonstrates strong capabilities in automation and AI, along with AI fluency.
