This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Partnering with full cycle Account Executives to create high-quality opportunities within enterprise organizations nationwide.
• Assessing leads by serving as a consultant to comprehend the needs of prospects and addressing them directly.
• Engaging in account prospecting by utilizing innovative techniques and strategies to research potential companies and buyers, targeting them with tailored communication via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
• Navigating objections and effectively conveying Payscale’s value propositions to key decision-makers, including Senior Managers and Executives, regarding relevant product offerings.
• Possessing a comprehensive understanding of product offerings.
• Keeping informed about industry trends and maintaining an extensive knowledge of competitors' product offerings.
• Updating records and supplying valuable market insights to Marketing, Sales, and Product teams using sales tools such as Salesforce and Outreach.
• Meeting monthly pipeline targets established by sales management.
• Engaging in continuous learning through mock calls, formal training, and regular coaching and feedback.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of professional experience, ideally including 1-2 years in sales, encompassing phone-based lead generation, inside sales, and/or business development tasks, territory planning, and outbound prospecting.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or a comparable CRM.
• Proficiency with sales enablement tools such as Outreach/Salesloft and Highspot.
