This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.
• Identify new sales prospects by utilizing targeted outbound calling, email communication, social networking, and lead follow-up to create qualified interest.
• Collaborate with sales leaders to pinpoint specific accounts and focus outbound efforts on the appropriate buyers and opportunities.
• Conduct research on target organizations to gain insights into their structure, buyer roles, pain points, timing, program requirements, and competitive landscape.
• Schedule a minimum of 8 qualified discovery meetings each month and seamlessly transition them to Sales Executives for further opportunity development.
• A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Background in inside sales or a customer-facing role, ideally within SaaS and customer experience sectors.
• Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, pipeline development, and securing discovery meetings with potential buyers.
• Ability to thrive in a quota-driven compensation structure with accelerator incentives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar CRM and sales engagement platforms.
• 1–2 years of preferred sales experience.
• Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation systems to generate, capture, nurture, track, and report on leads and conversions.
