This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Proactive lead generation: You implement our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) to identify potential clients across various channels (LinkedIn, email, calls, events, etc.), ignite their interest in MAIA, and populate our sales pipeline.

• Intelligent qualification: You conduct systematic lead qualification based on well-defined ICP criteria, utilizing prospecting tools, industry expertise, and AI-driven methods to enhance efficiency and personalization.

• Communication: You develop compelling, customized messages and are open to experimenting with new communication strategies to secure meetings for our sales team.

• Process design & optimization: You play an active role in shaping our top-funnel/outreach sales development process and contribute your innovative ideas.

• Team collaboration: You collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to refine our go-to-market strategy and share valuable market insights.

• Data-driven approach: You track your KPIs, analyze your outcomes, and identify optimization opportunities for your outreach strategies.


⛳️ Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B SaaS outbound sales (preferably in a startup or scale-up environment).

• Familiarity with outreach tools (e.g., Amplemarket, Surfe, HubSpot).

• Strong skills in cold calling.

• You work methodically, and using CRM systems is second nature to you, while also infusing creativity into your solutions.

• You demonstrate initiative, are results-driven, and possess the motivation to achieve challenging targets.

• You excel in a dynamic startup atmosphere, are adaptable, and have a strong desire for continuous learning.

• Excellent verbal communication skills, a confident presence, and the ability to articulate complex topics clearly and persuasively in German (native or C2 level) and proficient English.

• A deep passion for technology and practical experience with AI tools in a sales environment.
