Senior Scrum Master/PM

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate essential Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.

• Drive execution leveraging Scrum and Kanban methodologies to ensure consistent delivery and continuous enhancement.

• Utilize Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown charts, and sprint reports to monitor progress and optimize team performance.

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align execution with strategic objectives and quality standards.

• Support QA cycles and contribute to end-of-sprint demonstrations, highlighting testing and product quality.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles to provide teams with the clarity and resources necessary for success.

• Coordinate distributed iOS, Android, and full-stack teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Maintain effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Employ JIRA or similar project management tools for sprint planning and delivery tracking.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in roles such as Scrum Master, Project Management, or related application development positions.

• Strong expertise in Agile methodologies, specifically Scrum and Kanban.

• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams.

• Experience in delivering consumer-oriented mobile and web applications.

• Proficient in JIRA or comparable Agile project management tools.

• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude.

• Strong emphasis on quality, process enhancement, and achieving outcomes.

• Ability to navigate team dynamics, resolve conflicts, and foster alignment.

• Capability to manage multiple complex projects independently in fast-paced settings.

• Experience collaborating with distributed teams across various time zones.

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• Fluent in English, including proficiency in speaking, reading, and professional writing.
