Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure that Scrum principles are well-understood, effectively applied, and actively promoted throughout the organization.

• Facilitate the identification and proposal of enhancements to the Scrum implementation process within development teams.

• Collaborate in the analysis and documentation of the client's business requirements.

• Recommend business solutions that align with the client's needs.

• Assist the Product Owner in managing and prioritizing the Product Backlog.

• Ensure that Scrum events are conducted and that their goals are successfully met.

• Aid the Scrum Team in overcoming obstacles.

• Support the team's self-organization by proposing techniques and facilitating processes and interactions.

• Strong and proven experience in the field.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

• Certification in the relevant field is preferred.
