Senior Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Facilitate agile ceremonies while ensuring compliance with Scrum methodologies

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders to establish project requirements and promote alignment

• Recognize and address risks to secure the success of projects

• Cultivate a culture of ongoing improvement within the team

• Mentor team members in agile principles and practices

• Provide reports on team metrics to assess productivity and quality

• Encourage team member growth through effective delegation and mentorship

• Propel agile transformation within the team by utilizing Scrum and Kanban best practices

• Develop solutions that boost productivity and deliver high-value results in line with business goals

• Leverage data and metrics to ensure value delivery

• Incorporate AI and CI&T Flow into daily operations

• Understanding of upstream and downstream workflows

• Familiarity with project management methodologies

• Background in IT Project Management

• Experience with discovery processes

• Strong communication abilities for effective client collaboration

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills

• Ability to work autonomously in problem-solving situations

• Experience with agile processes and structuring ideas

• Proficient in gathering requirements and supporting user story creation

• Background in change management, risk management, time management, and stakeholder management

• Experience managing cross-functional teams

• Skilled in using agile tools and reporting on metrics

• Familiarity with project management software

• Knowledge of data is a plus, as the team engages with Data Intelligence, Metrics, and Processes
