Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure that Scrum principles are comprehended, implemented, and championed throughout the organization.

• Facilitate the identification and proposal of enhancements to the Scrum implementation process within development teams.

• Collaborate on analyzing and documenting the business requirements of the client.

• Recommend business solutions that optimally satisfy the client's needs.

• Assist the Product Owner in maintaining and prioritizing the Product Backlog.

• Ensure the execution of Scrum events and that their objectives are fulfilled.

• Aid the Scrum Team in overcoming obstacles.

• Guide the team in self-organization by suggesting techniques and facilitating processes and interpersonal dynamics.

• Solid, documented professional experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (IT).

• Relevant certification is preferred.
