SCRUM MASTER

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure that Scrum principles are comprehended, applied, and advocated throughout the organization.

• Facilitate the mapping process and recommend enhancements to the Scrum implementation within development teams.

• Collaborate in the assessment and documentation of the business requirements of clients.

• Suggest business solutions that effectively address the needs of clients.

• Assist the Product Owner in overseeing and prioritizing the Product Backlog.

• Ensure that Scrum events are conducted and that their goals are achieved.

• Support the Scrum Team in overcoming obstacles.

• Promote team self-organization by recommending techniques and facilitating processes and interactions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive proven experience in the field.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

• Relevant certification is preferred.
