SCRUM MASTER

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Ensure a comprehensive understanding, application, and promotion of Scrum throughout the organization.

• Facilitate the identification and implementation of improvements to the Scrum process within development teams.

• Collaborate in the analysis and documentation of the client's business requirements.

• Propose effective business solutions that align with the client's needs.

• Assist the Product Owner in the management and prioritization of the Product Backlog.

• Ensure that Scrum events are conducted and their objectives are successfully met.

• Support the Scrum Team in overcoming obstacles.

• Aid the team in achieving self-organization.

• Recommend methodologies and facilitate processes and team dynamics.

• Proven, solid experience.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.

• Relevant certification is preferred.
