This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.

📋 Description

• Facilitate effective Agile ceremonies, such as backlog refinement, planning sessions, iteration reviews, and retrospectives.

• Create comprehensive program plans, milestone timelines, risk management registers, and governance protocols.

• Manage cross-functional dependencies among engineering, product, data, and business teams.

• Address obstacles and sustain program momentum.

• Utilize structured escalation methods to handle program risks and challenges.

• Enable decision-making with the involvement of relevant stakeholders.

• Generate executive-level program status updates, delivery dashboards, and briefing documents for decision-making.

• Enhance project management methodologies, delivery frameworks, and program governance standards.

• Mentor less experienced project managers on planning, risk management, and effective stakeholder communication.

⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, business administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience is required.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in technical project management, program management, or a related area is required.

• PMP, PMI-ACP, agile methodologies certification, or equivalent is preferred.

• Capability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.

• Strong expertise in budget management, team coordination, and project oversight.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
