Manager, Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Oversee every facet of technology projects to ensure successful completion.

• Provide daily leadership, management, and coordination for direction, goal-setting, planning, estimating, resource allocation, assignments, initiative health and reporting, problem resolution, and stakeholder collaboration.

• Supervise initiative costs, timelines, internal and external staffing, and resource allocation.

• Guide Product teams in delivering solutions through Agile methodologies.

• Manage Agile processes and advocate for Agile best practices and methodologies.

• Ensure that initiatives are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet organizational performance targets.

• Align initiative management strategies with corporate standards, Scrum, and Agile best practices.

• Manage change and foster continuous improvement of change management processes.

• Lead multiple business and IT initiatives utilizing Scrum and Agile methodologies.

• Identify opportunities to enhance execution speed and effectiveness.

• Monitor and communicate the overall progress of the team.

• Ensure that initiative scope, schedule, budget, quality, and metrics are precise and comply with corporate standards.

• Assess business case development and benefits realization analysis.

• Guide the team in discovering opportunities to improve execution speed and effectiveness.

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of professional experience.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills.

• A growth mindset, demonstrating agility and a commitment to personal and team development.

• Skills in execution and delivery, encompassing planning, implementation, and support.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred.

• A Bachelor's degree is preferred, along with specialized training or relevant professional qualifications.
