Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Encourage the adoption and enhancement of agile methodologies and culture throughout the Software Factory organization.

• Act as a mentor for teams and leaders, ensuring effective and adaptable value delivery.

• Lead discovery sessions for new products and services.

• Utilize techniques, agile practices, tools, and coaching models to optimize individual and team performance.

• Facilitate events to promote and elucidate the attributes of Lean and Agile culture.

• Train and cultivate knowledge, skills, and behaviors for team formation, purpose identification, continuous improvement, and results.

• Function as a change agent to maintain Lean and Agile culture within teams and throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher.

• Advanced certifications in agile methodologies.

• A minimum of 5 years' experience as an Agile Coach on large-scale projects is preferred.

• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
