Project Manager – Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring they align with business goals.

• Organize and facilitate Agile ceremonies.

• Provide coaching to teams on Agile methodologies.

• Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders.

• Direct projects across multiple domains.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage several projects at once.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 4–6 years of experience in project management or similar roles.

• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or Project Manager.

• Strong grasp of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework.

• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, and MS Project.

• PMP or Scrum Master certification is preferred.

• Experience in IT or technology-related projects is preferred.

• Knowledge of cloud technologies and data management is preferred.

• Willingness to travel within the United States.
