Senior Scrum Master / Delivery Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France, +2 more countries.

• Drive the advancement of our Agile delivery framework

• Serve as an active mentor for all Scrum Masters

• Utilize data to pinpoint delivery challenges

• Ensure teams are focused on delivering value clearly

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in software delivery

• Minimum of 5 years in a Senior Agile leadership position

• Demonstrated experience as a "Coach of Coaches"

• Extensive knowledge of Agile methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or the Spotify model

• Experience with Industrial/Complex Systems

• Proficient in Metric-Driven Delivery

• Strong abilities in Stakeholder Management

• Familiarity with CI/CD and DevOps practices

• Knowledge of cybersecurity architecture and secure software design
