Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assist agile squads and teams during their daily ceremonies and routines.

• Collaborate with Product Owners to organize the backlog, draft precise user stories, segment and prioritize tasks, and identify interdependencies and potential risks.

• Oversee the processes for forming, preparing, and onboarding agile teams.

• Foster the growth of teams in terms of maturity, efficiency, and outcomes through ongoing improvement initiatives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in agile methodologies such as Scrum, Lean Agile, and Kanban.

• Familiarity with metrics and KPIs for assessing productivity, performance, and quality of delivery.

• Understanding of agile development practices including User Story, Job Story, ATDD, TDD, BDD, CI/CD, Continuous Testing, Pair Programming, and Automated Testing, among others.

• Previous experience in medium to large-scale agile projects.

• Proficient in using JIRA.

• Background in Product Management and Portfolio Management.

• Experience with Design Sprint, Design Thinking, and Lean Inception methodologies.

• Skills in facilitation techniques.

• Knowledge of agile metrics.

• Familiarity with team-building strategies.

• Preferred certifications include Agile Coach, Scrum Master, Scaled Agile, Product Owner, and Kanban.

• Experience working at both tactical and operational levels.
