Senior Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Lead Scrum ceremonies and Agile processes.

• Mentor engineering teams and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.

• Identify and eliminate obstacles that affect team progress and delivery commitments.

• Assist in cross-team collaboration and dependency management.

• Foster continuous improvement through retrospectives, delivery metrics, and team feedback.

• Encourage transparency regarding progress, risks, priorities, and commitments.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master within software development teams.

• In-depth knowledge of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and team delivery practices.

• Experience in supporting multiple engineering teams in a tech environment.

• Outstanding facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Practical experience with Jira and Agile delivery metrics.

• Hands-on experience utilizing AI tools in everyday tasks.
