Business Solutions Scrum Master

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• The Business Solutions Scrum Master acts as the agile delivery foundation for the Business Operations team.

• Design and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement sessions specifically for business operations workflows.

• Coach team members on adopting an agile mindset, ceremonies, and best practices, while avoiding a one-size-fits-all approach to any single methodology.

• Maintain an organized and prioritized backlog with well-defined acceptance criteria.

• Serve as the main point of contact for new requests from internal stakeholders, triaging and prioritizing them against current commitments.

• Ensure complete visibility of in-progress and queued work across the team; proactively identify capacity limitations.

• Oversee the team's project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com) — including configuration, maintenance, and user adoption.

• Act as the intermediary between Business Operations and partner teams in Finance, HR, Legal, and GTM functions.

• Identify and resolve recurring inefficiencies through root cause analysis and process reengineering.

• Develop and sustain SOPs, runbooks, and process documentation for repeatable operational workflows.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in operations, program management, or agile delivery roles.

• Proven experience in facilitating agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog refinement).

• Skilled in project management and work tracking tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or similar).

• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to handle ambiguity and tailor frameworks to non-technical settings.

• Experience in developing and presenting delivery metrics and dashboards.
