Agile Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Lead the consistent execution of agile practices across designated Platform teams, enhancing sprint predictability, delivery quality, and alignment with business objectives

• Develop and refine agile standards by converting real team delivery insights into scalable frameworks, templates, and best practices

• Organize and facilitate sprint planning, retrospectives, and quarterly planning sessions that yield clear commitments and measurable results

• Enhance delivery visibility by accurately maintaining Jira configurations, dashboards, and reports that align with Platform standards

• Address execution discrepancies by identifying misalignments between agile practices and actual delivery, and driving practical enhancements

• Monitor and ensure the completion of retrospective action items, fostering accountability and a culture of continuous improvement

• Promote efficiency through automation and AI-assisted tools that minimize manual reporting and expedite delivery insights

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to synchronize delivery expectations, enhance transparency, and support enterprise-wide initiatives

⛳️ Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in coaching or facilitating agile delivery within a technology organization

• Strong knowledge of Scrum and Kanban methodologies, with the capability to adapt practices to various levels of team maturity

• Practical experience with Jira, encompassing backlog management, sprint tracking, and reporting

• Proven track record of facilitating agile ceremonies that lead to actionable outcomes and measurable improvements

• Demonstrated ability to translate delivery insights into reusable frameworks, standards, or documentation
