Scrum Master, BA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and enhance business requirements, converting them into scalable technical solutions.

• Create automated workflows and integrations that enhance business processes and boost operational efficiency.

• Provide support throughout the entire application lifecycle, encompassing development, testing, deployment, and production support.

• Apply best practices for security, compliance, performance, and maintainability.

• Diagnose and resolve issues related to applications, integrations, and platforms.

• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, architects, and other technical teams to ensure successful project delivery.

• Generate and maintain technical documentation, deployment procedures, and materials for operational support.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in project management, business analysis, Scrum Master roles, or program management supporting technology initiatives.

• Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements across various stakeholder groups.

• Background in managing federal government contracts and familiarity with service-based delivery models.

• Demonstrated ability to manage project backlogs, prioritize tasks, and deliver on roadmaps.

• Experience in managing against SLAs and operational performance metrics.

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum ceremonies, and best practices for requirements management.

• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, problem, and change management.

• Experience with government reporting requirements, including performance metrics, CDRLs, and environments driven by QASP.

• Strong skills in resource planning and capacity management.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proven ability to prioritize competing demands and make informed operational decisions.

• Experience managing relationships with clients, vendors, and platform partners.

• Capability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic consulting environment.

• It Would Be Great If You Also Had

• Experience in supporting federal contract transitions, recompetes, and knowledge transfer activities.

• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or a similar Agile certification.

• Understanding of Section 508 accessibility requirements, Authority to Operate (ATO) processes, and federal compliance frameworks.

• PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or an equivalent project management credential.
