Scrum Master, German Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Assist with agile transformation initiatives at both team and portfolio levels

• Conduct Agile coaching sessions, utilizing Agile at Scale methodologies like the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DAD), and Large-Scale Scrum (LeSS)

• Engage in agile delivery roles such as Agile Program Manager, Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, or Product Owner

• Provide support for Lean Portfolio Management initiatives

• Take responsibility for client deliverables to ensure timely realization of engagement outcomes

• Serve as an advisor to client leaders across various industry sectors, while also supporting fellow consultants in the Workforce Transformation practice

• Contribute to thought leadership, intellectual property, and development of methods/tools in Workforce Transformation

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Agile delivery and coaching

• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies, Scaled Agile, and Product Management

• Possess a recognized Agile qualification or certification (e.g., PSM; SAFe Scrum Master)

• Demonstrated success in delivery using a recognized agile methodology

• Established record of coaching and influencing teams effectively

• Broad business skill set that encompasses stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience

• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for diverse audiences

• Excellent interpersonal skills along with strong written and verbal communication abilities in both English and German (C2 proficiency), with willingness to travel as needed for projects

• Experience with SAP transformation is a plus
